Quickstart

Follow these steps to start accepting donations with GiveLink.

1. Create Your Organization

Sign up at givelink.ai with your nonprofit’s details.

Enter your organization details

Provide your nonprofit name, EIN (for 501(c)(3) verification), and contact information.

Connect your bank account

Complete Stripe Connect onboarding to link your bank account for automatic payouts. This takes about 2 minutes.

Start fundraising

Every feature is included from day one — no plan selection needed. Your first $10,000 in donations is free.

2. Create a Campaign

From your dashboard, click Create Campaign and configure:
  • Title — Your campaign name (e.g., “Annual Fund 2026”)
  • Goal — Optional fundraising target to display a progress thermometer
  • Suggested amounts — Pre-set donation amounts for donors to choose from
  • Recurring options — Enable monthly, quarterly, or annual giving
Every campaign gets a shareable donation page and an embeddable widget.

Download a QR code from your campaign settings for print materials and events.

4. Start Receiving Donations

That’s it. Donations flow through Stripe, fees are calculated transparently, and funds are automatically deposited to your bank daily.
Processing fees (Stripe’s 2.2% + 0.30forcards,0.80.30 for cards, 0.8% capped at 5 for ACH) are separate from GiveLink’s 1% platform fee. Donors can optionally cover all fees so your nonprofit receives 100% of the intended donation.
